Order Information
We ideally need 2 weeks advance notice to produce and post the figurines. If you have less time, please feel free to contact us.
Once the design is finalised and the price is agreed, we will send you an order confirmation mail via email or post as per your request.
Payments can be made by cheque, cash or paypal. All paypal payments will incurr a transaction fee of 3.7%.
We require full payment to secure the order.
Cake toppers will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All cake toppers will be packed with bubble wrap and placed inside suitable box for safe transit.
Once the package has been posted, the customer will be notified via email or phone. After the delivery date, the customer will be contacted again regarding receipt of acknowledgement and feedback.
